At Oasis De Parfum, we are committed to ensuring every order meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Eligible returns will receive store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, including all labels, boxes, and protective materials.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@oasisdeparfum.com with your order number and purchase details. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 business hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. Items that do not meet return requirements may be rejected and returned to the sender.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and external conditions beyond our control.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders.
